Guest guest
Some important news on the new Portable chambers which will soon be available. As we have announced before, we will soon be introducing our new Beta edition of the portable hbot chambers. Many have signed up for the original Beta edition. We originally had limited the number of participants, however, the interest has been very strong in this new chamber which is capable of 1.5 ATA and safe for oxygen use in a professional setting. As a result, it looks as though we can do a full production run with a few more participants which will reduce the cost even further. Therefore, the company has agreed to let us take more applicants to participate in the Beta edition. What is a Beta edition? It is a limited edition used to finalize all the details of training requirements, ease of use, etc. As a Beta participant, you agree to provide input from using the chamber which may make it easier for future purchasers of the chamber. Example: If you discover an issue with our training manual or literature which is unclear or confusing, you bring it to our attention so we can modify it to make the final version more understandable. Since the chamber itself is already going through extreme durability testing, it is unlikely there will be any problems with it but the training and instructional materials are extremely important in the safe and effective use of the chamber. When the chamber is marketed at the full retail price of $24,900, and you will expect everything to be fully prepared without needing any adjustments or corrections. The only way to accomplish this is to have Beta participants to let us know if any exist so they can be corrected before final marketing. The Beta edition will be marketed according to all the regulations of the FDA and other regulatory authorities for a beta edition. The FDA has full knowledge of the production of this chamber. They have been very cooperative in this project and are looking out for everyone's safety and interests. This chamber is a Professional model and is designed for professional use. The Beta price is $18,000 but will be reduced to $16,800 if we get a few more participants to create a full production run which will reduce manufacturing costs. In addition, all purchasers of this chamber will be required to travel to a location (to be announced) for a 3 day professional training on Hyperbarics and the use of this chamber. This training is being sponsored in part by the AAHA (American Association for Hyperbaric Awareness). There may be an option for those wishing to open a new hbot facility to do a full CHT course which will be decided at a later date. But the minimum requirement will be a 3 day training at a professional training facility. The training will include the actual use of this chamber and delivery of the chamber itself will probably be made at the completion of the training. This training will be a requirement to qualify to purchase this chamber. No exceptions will be made. On the Beta edition, the company has decided to pay for this training and to provide partial or full reimbursement or credit for travel expense depending on how far you have to travel. Once again, your participation and input on perfecting the final edition of the professional training program will be required as a Beta participant. The person who will be participating in the training will be the person who will be required to supervise all treatments using the chamber. This portable and inflatable chamber has been fully tested and is undergoing more testing by an ASME approved lab and testing facility. Full information and a web page will soon be available. This is probably the most exciting development to ever occur in the area of hyperbarics and change the way we view hyperbarics as well as its availability to those who need HBOT worldwide. This is a historical development. As we know already from past experience, many needing HBOT need many more than the 40 or 80 treatments and may need hbot for years to come to keep up with growth patterns and development. There is no longer a need to put limits on future treatments because of financial restraints. HBOT should be and will be available to everyone who can obtain a proper prescription from a properly licensed medical professional. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for a Beta chamber which will soon be available, email your contact information to me at rhartsoe@... and put " beta chamber " on the subject line. Full details will be provided before you are asked for any money. Remember, the 3 day training program is a mandatory requirement. This chamber has been tested to 30 PSI without failure. When we have reached the number needed for a full production run, the company will let us know when to stop taking applicants for production. Hartsoe rhartsoe@... PS: This is a decision you must make and feel good about. Do not apply if you have doubts about being able to provide safe hbot treatments to the person you are a caretaker for. There is no sales pressure here, this is a decision you must make. After recieving all the details we will be providing, including pictures, etc., you will have the option to say no. Guest guest
Mr. , I think you may have failed to read the entire statement about the chamber. Maybe you should call the FDA yourself? Also, the statement at the end seemed very clear. I think we can all decide for ourselves. Is there an underlying motive for your problems with this new chamber? Why would anyone have a problem with such a wonderful development. When I inquired about an Oxyhealth chamber, they were willing to send me one and take my money without any training requirements. They seemed to take it very lightly but the idea scared me. I think what they are doing with this new chamber is the way it should be even though it's not FDA approved yet. says some top UHMS people are working on it and they know all the FDA people. I would feel good about having a chamber if I have been trained properly. We will be trained in South Carolina I thinkin about 6 weeks. I just wish the chamber were going to be the $16,800 quoted everybody, but now the final price for the Beta will be $18,480 because says certain people involved now want to make their 10% for all their trouble. I guess that is allright because this will still help so many people. And while I am at it, are you and this Ireal person buddies? In looking at past posts it seems very suspicious that Ireal seems to pop up only when Hartsoe puts something out. By the way, Hartsoe is still on this list. But I guess you knew that since you address him directly when you have a problem rather than the back stabbing crap. I just wish you wouldn not imply the new chamber is unsafe. Hartsoe is a good man and has helped many people when nobody else would. I trust him like a lot of people do and if he says this chamber will be FDA approved then I know it will be. I have copied the parts you missed below so you can read them again as I am certain you will appreciate them. > > > > Is this Chamber FDA cleared I do recall a few months back you were really comming down on the portables saying they were not FDA cleared and now you fixing to Beta Test on Humans with no FDA clerance HMMMM I think the FDA needs to get a hold of this email. > Hartsoe states: > >The Beta edition will be marketed according to all the regulations of > >the FDA and other regulatory authorities for a beta edition.
