AAHA What's really Happeing

Below is a letter I received from Pattie and below that is the email the

family sent to Pattie after reading the email Pattie sent.I want to adress this

to

the group as well as Pattie Weible Pat e Creacy and

Hartsoe. The reason I stepped away from AAHA was for reasons I felt that were

inapropriate that were happeing. I have not caused the family of Cloe Klutz and

problems. For one I have allowed them to become part owners of the chamber I

have

the Sechrist useing 100% Oxygen and they treat there child here in my home for

free. They only pay the Oxygen cost of the treatments. However due to events

that e Creacy started this Child's future Treatments have been

jepordized. I have shut down my chamber. Im working very dilegintly with Dr.

Neubauers

Center to arrange futher treatments with this child. On one event e Creacy

came in to my home when there were four parnets here with My self included

and ask all for parents to file a HIPPA complaint against Dr. Neubauer. I myself

found that to be rude and very disgusting. All four parents have made formal

statements to that effect. IS this the Direction we want AHHA to be moveing

in. No so therefore I decided to move away from the Organization and I

personally called Neubauers office and told him of these events along wiht Many

other

parents that were here. Cloe Klutz was on a waiting list in Texas For the

Medicaid Wavier they told the family it would be a 5 to 10 year waiting list. I

spoke with the family and told them how to get around the waiting list therefore

they took action and now the child is going on the Medicaid program 5 to 6

years earlier than expected. This is nothing I have done. This is something I

have learnt from you all on this list. IM nobody. And I claim to be nobody. But

when Patty Weible sends me a email telling me I have no concern now that I have

no child to worrie about is unethical. It was down right rude hurtfull and

what else can I say. I love all of your children as they were my own. When

Kaltyn passed I could have stepped away from the hyperbaric feild totally. But

my

child told me in her last word's Dad I taught you all I could teach you you

have to help the other children it is time for me to go. That is why Im still

here. I love e with all my heart. What she done was wrong. Sometimes you

have to take responsibilty for your actions admit fault and move on. I can say I

have spoken with the Klutz Family and they have responded to Patty. The were

apauled that she would speak on her behalf. In Pattys letter is say's why did

you switch to the other side. I thaught we were all working together. Well we

are all here for the same reason to get HBOT recognized. It is time for us to

band together and to say there are two sides then that does show that AAHA

feel's that there is a war in this feild and there does not need to be one.

realize it has only been two months. No you proably don't. Now you can

praobly see the desption that has taken place. I wish AAHA well and hope they

can find there way to join forces with the rest of us and move together in

one accord and work for the greater good. I hope none of you ever experience the

los of a child. It hurts Greatly. But when a person tell's you that you no

business, but I chose to tell you how I feel. Do you realize how much heartache

youhave caused the family of Chloe and e, and matter of fact the whole

Hyperbaric Field. We are doing this for all the Brain Injured Children and

Adults, and weare being nothing but hazzled. You were priveleged to know about

our plans, but decided to go against us to the other side. I am sure they

offered you more money and whatever else our dear friend bribes everyone with

incluing Dr.Neubauer. Darin I am tired of all this nonesense, someone is going

to

get really hurt (emotionally ) in this battle. I did not know you were this

kind of person. I thought you wanted to do the right thing. I know it is the

IHMA's and all the others connected with them who is doing this and using you

as a patsy. I am very sorry for you. Also, e has been more than good

to you, I was on the phone the night Katlin was sent to the hospital, and

e dropped everything and ran to you. WHY WHY DID YOU DO SUCH A HORRIBLE

THING. I guess it takes all kinds of people to make up the world. I did not

know

we were in a political fight. I feel sorry that Harch blamed you for

your Katlin's death, but he tried to do that to me as I explained to you. Maybe

with all the problems,PAUL HARCH IS THE ONE TO GO TO WASHINGTON. MAYBE IF

THAT HAPPENS, THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR BRAIN INJURED CHILDREN. MAYBE

THAT IS OKAY WITH YOU, SINCE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYONE TO WORRY ABOUT LIKE THE

OTHER PARENTS.

Darin I hope I have not been too hard on you, but remember you must be true

to your friends that care, not the ones who are using you. I am very sorry you

have chose this path to go down. You must answer to God, not me or e.

Shame on you for allowing yourself to be used by unscrupulous people.

I think you will have much regret for the liablous things you are

being urged to do and say about others.

Don't ever invoke the name of God again to bless your efforts if this

is how you treat people.

Right now, it is my belief that the IHMA and it's ownership have a

lot to reckon for. There is no professionalism and no respect being

paid to any of us by advocating the character assasinations.

Is it really that fun to stir up the pot and then sit back and say

nothing? Where is the honor in that?

How dare you prey on a grieving young father who has a trusting heart,

use him to do your dirty work. Such courage is a stench. These ways

never go unpunished. One day, you will regret what you've done in

the name of making more money. Well you'll never get another penny

nor respect from me.
