Sent from the Internet (Details) Good morning, I have noticed that several people have read my e-mail of 23 Jan concerning Mari Shults' working at home during the 96, 97 timeframe. Has anyone looked into this any further? I will talk to Ross Drivas this afternoon to see if anyone has asked him about a remote account that was set up for her during that time. The claim was made that it was only for e-mail purposes. It doesn't matter...it was done for her and it should be done for Janet as well. There is a record of it somewhere. The person who authorized it may not want to admit it, however, it still was done as I have talked to people who remember it. It should be investigated. Mari denies it and is fighting Janet being able to telework form home. Janet knows her job better than anyone on the shipyard, and she knows how much of it she could do from home. She should not be railroaded off the shipyard because manage doesn't want to help her. Sooner or later, management will have to develop a policy for teleworking as it is only a matter of time before there is another Janet. It can't be ignored forever. I can't imaging why Mari is fighting Janet after all of the years of faithful work and bailing Mari out of audit findings and covering for her. Why is the shipyard afraid of Mari Shults?
