I just got one from the group from Ed Nemeth I know it has to be someone

doing this. IT is not Ed I know this wasn't from him. It said Puppy's for

sale. It had a Virus attached to it as well. Norton 2003 caught it.

Ok being a true computer blonde.... (yes I've learned much over the years

but...) this area still baffles me... I've been getting them from varied

sources....but I also know some have been getting them from me... so... while

it's disturbing for obvious reasons I've just come to NOT download nothing

unless I know ahead of time someone said they were sending it.... however I

have to say hearing that Norton picked this up for you guys is finally giving

me some peace of mind cause it has yet to find anything ON my computer and

I've been almost afraid to email because I wasn't sure if we did somehow

" catch something " LOL LOL but we've ran Norton numerous times now along with

three other programs....

Too bad we couldn't recruit a hacker to target specific <ahem> anti HBOT

computers... HEY who said that?? ROFL

Ed, I know and don't think these ever generated from you. These came from

someone else. Also I recently took my computer in to the shop the guy that

worked on the computer said there had been several virus attempts. Somehow

some way someone on this list is trying to destroy our computers. Someone

that doesn't want us talking about HBO.

If my computer originated the email/virus I apologize. I received and

exceptionally large batch of virus emails today, as well.

I ran McAfee, but it didn't find anything on my computer (actually found

one other virus file that I had not completely deleted).

But, I did have three emails (that did not register as being sent from my

computer) come back to me as undeliverable. I had no record of those email

addresses in my entire email files (I keep all emails). Nor, did I have a

record of sending those emails. So, I cannot account for them one way or

the other. I do not know how to track them further than that.

Also, I keep no email address book, to avoid these issues. It seems

viruses always target address books. And, no one in my companies received

infected emails from me.

However, I am not a computer genius. I cannot guarantee anything. So, I

gave anyone a virus, I am sorry.
