Guest guest
The study will be monitored by a medical doctor. A certified hyperbaric technician will operate the chambers. A doctor who has a 13 year background in research combined with research institutions such as Emory University will collect the data and published the results. Patients needed are patients suffering from cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, brain injuries. Currently we are mostly looking for children. Eventually we will request patients suffering from strokes and neurological conditions.
Guest guest
If the paitent has been treated in the past does that make a differnece. How can we find out what protocol you will be using and are you going to dive them at the same presure everday thourghout the study. Or will you dive at different presures throughout the study. Guest guest
The study will be monitored and conducted by our medical director who is an medical doctor who currently is also a professor at house School of Medicine. The data will be collected and published by a doctor who has 13 years expericence in research and has published researched in medical journals. This physician has worked with Emory University and other hospital research based institutions. We are mainly looking for canidates with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, bain injuries, and neurology conditions. The candidates do not have to live in the state of Georgia, but , the candidate must be able to stay in the Metro Atlanta area at least 1 to 11/2 months and the candidate will have a 4-6 week break before starting next treatment. Guest guest
It does not matter if patient had previous treatments. The standard protocal is initial 40 treatments with 4-6 week breaks. The doctor will determin the total amount of treatments. The minimum for patients that suffer from cerebral palsy and brain injuries will be 100- 200 treatments. The doctor will determin the pressure. Starting pressure will be 1.2 - 1.5 . The patient will have to have past medical records and come in for initial consultation to qualify for the program. Guest guest
In response to your questions, the standard protocol is 40 treatments with 4-6 weeks break and continuing with treatments. The doctor will set the pressure. The maximum pressure for brain injuries, cerebral palsy and MS will be 1.5. There will be variations in pressure treatments. The doctor will start with 1.2 atmosphere pressures. The medical doctor will ask candidates to come in for initial consultation and examination.
