Same thing happened with me.Everyone wants something to be done but all afraid of losing their jobs.When I got the report I told my colleagues that either I put my head in the sand or will end up sitting in front of the hospital with a cup in my hand looking for quarters.

I am not thrilled as I am 55 and finally was vested in a job to get some meager form of pension.Now I have to start all over again.Thank goodness I have 401K's--lot of good that has been doing the past year.
