Please remove my name from this unsolicited list. No authorization for

inclusion on the list was ever given. My apologies if this request is a repeat,

but my previous attempts appear either not to have been transmitted by my system

or have not been effected by those responsible for deleting names from this

list.

: Based on your earlier e-mail, I figure the 3 reasons you do not want

to be on this list anymore are because 1) he used false identities 2)

he soliciting business for Miracle Mountain on your list 3) he soliciting

this new " unproven, uncertified and unapproved " portable chamber on your

list. I am thinking in my heart, are these 3 things that bad and is he the

first one to do things like this on this list? I have come to a suspecision

after I think through all these. . Here are my analysis:

1) False identities: Niki already came out to identify herself as 26wksmom

and provided his evidence that he is not Janice C, but yet I have not

seen you offer anything to proof he is Janice C. Therefore, false identiy

should not be the reason. Actually, I feel if you have falsely accused

on this listserve, you really need to apologize to him and all of us.

Instead, you booted him and blocked his e-mail which he tried to clear his

name.

2) I have been on this list for 1 1/2 years ( I am sure you are going to

check when I signed up now. I cancelled my other account and signed

up this account at the same day post the e-mail about mice 40% shorter life

span). I have seen people constantly trying to solicit business, but it

never seem bothered you. Miracle Mountain has the lowest rate for HBOT in

the US, we should support them and wish more people know about them to save

money and get more treatment. Therefore, this soliciting for Miracle

Mountain should not be the reason you booted him either.

3) You blamed trying to solicit " unproven, uncertified and

unapproved " portable chambers. The chambers have not even been on the

market. How do you know by then they will be " unproven, uncertified and

unapproved " ? Right now, he is just trying to get people who are interested

in their trial version of chambers. As a parent of brain injured child and

has no close access to HBOT, this is what I have been waiting for a long

time. I thought everybody should be jumping to see finally there will be a

chamebr claimed to be safe and priced reasonable enough for people to

purchase. I thought we should all help to make this happen. Isn't this the

purpose we are here for, to make HBOT affordable to everyone? Instead. I

saw all the trashing. As a parent and a potential buyer of chamber, I do

not care the politics or history of HBOT field. I do not care whether th

manufacturer of my chamber used to work for the competitor nor do I care

they once tore apart the competitor's chamber try to figure what material

was used. I only care whether the chamber is safe and strong and can

achieve what the manufacturer claimed. These are the things I think worth

arguing about . But I fail to see either you nor Darin mention it. Maybe

you guys do not know much aboust those chambers yet. If so, why jump into

conclusion this early? There will be another portable chamber on the market

soon by www.hyperbaric-oxygen-chamber.com . If you and Darin so care for

the parents and brain injured children, would you mind to find out more

about that chamber and report to us?

4) When I saw no one from HBOT field defends publicly. I have to

wonder either deserves this kind of treatment and people are all

cheering for the final justice or people in the HBOT field also sense the

threat from the upcoming new chambers.

Based on my analysis from the above. I can not help but want to ask you to

answer my following questions honestly:

1) Do/did you receive monetary or likekind reward directly or indirectly

from the competitor of the chamber is going to sell?

2) Do you have a portable chamber ? If you do, did you get it lower than

the market price we would pay for?

3) At your best knowledge, the people you named in your " true community "

e-mail, is there anyone receive or will receive monetary or likekind reward

directly or indirectly from the competitor of the chamber is going to

sell?

4) Who is the major financial sponsor for IHMA,and the annual international

symposium? Are you on the board of IHMA or IHA?

, I am not here trying to humiliate you, but you and Darin kept telling

us to use our own judgement. I very much want to do so, that is the reason

I want to get all the facts before I can use my judgement. It is just too

coincidental that everything is unfolding right before the new chamber is

going to be on the market. I may be bumped by you soon or this e-mail may

be blocked by you. If that happens, I will post the mice life span 40%

Hi everyone,

Hope that everyone is doing well and looking forward to this weekend...I

know that we are! Thanks in no small part to the many of you out there

:-)))

In regard to , , IHMA and much of the " crap " that's been going

on:

I am not up to date on everything that has transpired via email in the

past couple of weeks; I've got something like 700 emails sitting here in my

inbox and not enough time to go through it all. What I do know is that I

have seen several posts in the past couple of weeks that have been not only

surprising, but rather unhelpful and ultimately, destructive to our attempts

to unite the HBOT community. Since I'm extremely new to the group, I'm not

going to comment on histories, vendettas and all else even though I have

personally witnessed and Lief has been a victim of some of this " CRAP. " I

would suggest that people move on with the tasks ahead but people can decide

for themselves how to handle this.

I read your post about your apology to 26wrkrmom (sorry if I got the

username wrong). I may have misconstrued your email but I did not see an

apology to or to the group. If I did not know , I would have

taken your previous post at face value and thought awful, despicable things

of him. That may be the impression of many out there who simply went off on

the information provided in your post. I would have handled the whole

situation differently because it is such an awesome responsibility you have.

I understand that is currently not permitted to post mails to the

group. I do not understand the reasons for this and I'm not interested in

the historical version, just in the present reasons. I've read through your

posts a few times and here's what I think:

1) If he was removed because you believed him to be guilty of

misrepresentation, fabrication and impersonation, you now know that to be

UNTRUE. That is why this whole thing should have been handled offline and

only posted (if necessary) when a true determination had been reached and

resolved.

2) If he was removed for making unfavorable comments about the IHMA,

Bill, Anita, Darrin or anyone else, well, I still have several hundred

emails to go through but I do not believe that is the only person

doing this. In my opinion, the door of " crap " has been swinging both ways

for a few weeks now. Once I've had a chance to get caught up on mails, I

will forward some posts to you offline as verification of this. So if he's

being blocked from posting for this reason, are other people being/going to

be blocked as well? That would seem to be the fair thing to do. I know

that is an extremely passionate man, as are you, and many on this

list. People sometimes get carried in their passion but we must be careful

to not misinterpret that passion as malice or ill-will. From your post, I

interpreted a suspicion of malice and duplicity. That is a very strong and

unkind impression to disclose about any individual and should not be done

without verification and validity.

In my humble opinion, I really do believe that an apology is merited - to

and the group at large.

3) As Moderator, I hold you in the highest regard and have so much

respect for you personally and everything you've done. I was really taken

aback when I read your post last night but I know that you were acting from

a place of extreme frustration and disappointment. Though you and I have

yet to meet, I have found you to be so very kind, reassuring and supportive

of Lief and I. I very much value you and all of your work and assistance

for our community. However, as moderator, I think that you must also remain

impartial when evaluating and reacting to the various posts. It is unfair

to chastise solely when there are others equally guilty of

perpetrating and catalyzing the friction, tension and hostility that we are

all reading in the various posts. Please , address these issues

offline, with those involved. Review the mails because I assure you, the

door swings both ways on this and will forward you the mails verifying this.

I am so very grateful to the IHMA for

everything they have done and continue to do on Lief and our family's

behalf. Bill and Anita - there are not words enough to thank you and

everyone else.

Whether one is being offensive or defensive, the result is the same and it

should not continue. Several parents and members have now written in asking

for people to stop kicking sand into each others' eyes. If people must,

then go out back and beat the crap out of each other but let's not sign up

for front-row spectator seats. ly, we all just have far too much else

to deal with. If I had the time to be frustrated by this, I would be.

Several weeks ago, you told me that a certain doctor is confused as to

where he stands. Personally, I think that several people are surprisingly,

confused???

4) As I said in a previous post, will be permitted to post to the

medicaid group? I am personally asking you to permit him to do

so. At the very least, he deserves and should be permitted the opportunity

to address this himself. I think it would be a disservice to us all to

remove him from the group but I'm sure that you will do what you believe to

be fair and beneficial for the group.

Lief is in the hospital with possible pneumonia but I will be reachable by

cell. If anyone would like to call me, my # is 201-214-6371. please,

I know that you know and must really be frustrated to have taken such

a strong stance. Why don't the two of you just talk and try to sort this

out. You guys all know each other and I believe, care for each other.

Please, for the benefit of our group and those of us parents out here,

please resolve this so we can move forward.

IHMA, Bill, Anita -

I would like to do some work to build up the PLDAF - who is the person

directly in charge of this fund? Should I contact Tom or could you

have him contact me directly? We need to keep the fundraising going and to

promote this fund to the community and general public because no one out

there is exempt from the type of experience we recently faced. Is there a

board specific to PLDAF? If so, can I volunteer to be a member of that

board and to be involved in the work being done to develop this fund?

Please let me know as I'd like to do all I can to make sure that this is

availalbe for all of our family members.
