Guest guest
Becki, I have quietly followed your saga. It is great to see a happy ending to this. I pray that it does the trick. Christy (Abbie, 13 systemic)
Guest guest
Hi gang,it took the insurance company less than 2 hrs to decide he most definatelly qualifies. His case worker was nearly crying he has had it so rough. So looks like I wont have to fight it at all. They have me on hold now, because it turns out it is covered through my drug card.Yeah! hot dam# its only $25 per month.Thats alot better than $135.Things just couldnt get better.Hubbys telling me if they say tomorrow we will be there.I would rather have his ankles injected first,so he is fealing better now. Then go to Cincinatti.Sending warm fuzzy vibes to everyone . Guest guest
Hi Becki, I'm glad to hear is so close to getting the Enbrel. I don't see how they could turn the little guy down. I wanted to tell you, several days ago I was looking through some of the photos & seen s'. He's really a handsome little guy! I'll keep my fingers ( & toes) crossed he gets the Enbrel. Love & Hugs, & Chey 4 Poly > Hi gang, after waiting for 9 months, gets to start Enbrel. He was accepted in their big 3yr trial,no placebo involved. So for the next 3years will be a guine pig to study long term affects compared to MTX.The easy part is over. Our insurance will cover it through the Major Medical at $15 and 20% but it has to be approved from a review panal. is on combination DMARD therapy,so mayby we wont have to fight. As soon as it is approved and s rheumy writes a prescription I call Cincinnati and set up his first appointment. The review panal told me as long as they have all the info they need it doesnt take long,so mayby within a couple weeks will be getting his first shot.If they turn him down you know I will be asking for advice. So wish him luck. > Love > Becki and 4systemic
