Question about methotrexate

Hi, everyone. I have a ? about methotrexate reactions. (14,

pauci) has just started after being a " sulfasalazine failure " . He

took his first dose last Friday with semmingly no problem. However

last night he threw up a few times. He seemed to have no other flu

like symptoms, no fever, just tired. I was wondering if it is

possible he would have a reaction almost one week after taking the

dose? Do you think its ok to have him take his next dose as scheduled

today or should I put a call into the dr. This is another new thing

to learn about. Thanks for any help you can give! Michele
