I first heard of ketoprofen when my dog had a bad back. The vet had

given him prednizone with no results and then switched to ketoprofen.

My son is on prednizone and joked with the vet that if the ketoprofen

worked on my pet I would give to my son. It worked very well! I told

his rheumy that story and they told me that we could try ketoprofen if

we liked although it is very hard on the stomach. We stayed with the

prednizone.

P.S. Anyone going to Honolulu for the marathon with Joints In Motion?

PLs let me know. Maybe we'll see you there.

Call around,

When Emla cream was discontinued due to non child proof caps we had to have

it compuonded.Due to s 6 refills they found a generic brand that is just

as good.No body else heard of the company or knew of the product.

That stinks that the insurance company will not cover it.We just filled out a

form to be reimbursed but we pay an arm and leg for insurance.

Hugs

Becki and 7 systemic

We also have a $100 med deductable per person and no psyche meds are

covered$$$

I thought that Ketroprofen creme was availible already... not sure though..

can't rememeber but thought a friend of mine with adult RA was on this and

loved it.

Don't think this helps all that much but you might want to see if thuis is

already in creme form because im almost sure it is. Maybe she was in a

research study though? Ugh, dont know.
