Guest guest
Good for you . I guess each day is another day towards healing isn't it? I shall soon be there. Take care and stay well. Many patients with MS have been helped tremendously by this diet, which is a low fat diet, and actually very reasonable. I am still on the upswing with the brain fog easing up tremendously, Patty I want to say I have such relief from the brain fog that I no longer have any doubt whatsoever in my mind that it was those damn implants. I am realy completely at peace with that now. It took some time, but I have got to say it is such a relief to be able to go shopping in malls and stores with bright lights and not have my head swimming and just being outside and seeing things clear again. It is a fantastic feeling. I still have my pain which is frustrating, but the worse symptom is a dramatic 80% better so that is great.I am adding some things to my regimen of supplements which I just purchased today, so along with my noni in the morning I am adding cod liver oil. Then I am taking along with my msm and malic acid, calcium, evening primrose oil, gingko, dhea, & glutamine. We shall see how it goes and I will keep all informed. Thanks,
Guest guest
I am really glad to hear that you are not suffering from your brain fog as bad as before. You got rid of yours much quicker than I got rid of mine! I know what you mean about how good it feels to have a normal perception of life around you instead of that spacey feeling all the time! It drove me nuts. You're lucky. It sounds like you are on a good regimen of diet and supplements. The oils are very good....we need the DHA and Omega 3's and 6's. Good for you. Keep me informed of yoru progress. If you get rid of your brain fog completely, I'm going to add in the Noni and glutamine!
