The silica that they use in tablets is to keep them from falling apart, so I try to get the supplements I take in capsules.Patty has more knowledge than me as far as herbs go. I mostly stick with just a few supplements. I avoid things that stimulate my immune system, since it is already overactive. If you go to a pharmacist they may not know much about these supplements. Malic Acid is for fibromyalgia.....it really helps me allot!
