Guest guest
Ywellen: if you don't mind me asking -- what do you mean by progressed? By your list of medication I take it your daughters JRA is pretty painful and I'm sorry about that. Our doctor has mentioned Vioxx, but for now we are doing the 900 mg motrin and plauqenil. Guest guest
Ywellen: Also love your idea about a set of books for home! When we meet with the teacher/principal within the next few weeks, I'm going to ask about that! Even if I have to pay, it would be worth it! Did you have to pay for this set? Thanks, Sandi A. Guest guest
Sandi, No I don't have to pay for my daughter's book. The doctor wrote an order for her to have books at home and at the end of the year we'll return them and get a new set for the next school year. This is a part of our 504 plan that they set up for drese. so if your dr. orders them they gotta give them to you. Remember every school has a 504 plan for special needs children so don't let them tell you differently either. The Arthritis Found. here will be doing a conference here with my daughter's teachers so they will be eduacated with jra and what they will do to accommadate drese. And what we all will do for drese and her med. condition. Ywellen
