I have a family member that was just diagnoised with PSC and they are having a terrible time learning what they can and can't eat. Perhaps someone else here can speak to it. Below is a link to the Mayo Clinic's information on PSC. Follow the tabs (Treatment, Lifestyle, etc.) and you'll see that it recommends a healthy, balanced diet with vitamin supplements and with no alcohol. The site says that infusions may be needed.
