Guest guest
Toni, The pharmacy should be able to give you an emergency supply of a few days on your meds when the meds are considered life threatening if not taken.... I know prednisone is one as well as anti rejection. Sometimes when I am not paying attention and do not realize Randy does not have a refill on something, the pharmacy advances a few days meds and call the doctor for us. They cannot do this on pain meds and antibiotics as such, but pills for chronic illness falls under the emergency life threatening category. Hope this helps. I would be raising cane at the doctor's office for not having a call back within 24 hours. This is utter ridiculous in my humble opinion. Good Luck, Cheryl & Randy
