Guest guest
Not sure if it's too late, but it seems like you should jsut keep doing what you've been trying to do. If you need to take the 4th as your cheat day, do that. If not, try to eat before going to any cookouts or whatever, and make the best choices possible while there - - you can usually get grilled chicken and a salad or fruit or whatever. I usually bring a protein bar with me just in case so that I don't miss a meal or eat something terrible. Hope that helps.--- In , " Gena B " <dreamin2bfit@y...> wrote: > hi everyone! > Can i get some ideas of things to do this sunday the 4th.this will be > my 7th day of wk 1. > Thank you for any input. Guest guest
, Such heartfelt love goes out to you and your son and to all the troops risking their every second to survive such horrible conditions that are going on over there. I as well do NOT support the war but love all the men and women that sacrifice so much of themselves, right down to their very lives for their duty to this country. Godspeed Sam home safely and all the the other troops as well. Carmen In Atlanta...Say a special thank you to Sam from a stranger for all that he sacrificies for me !!!!!! Guest guest
Wishing all of you a safe & happy holiday. Although, not my favorite way to celebrate it, we'll be going to a big barbecue and watching all the big kids(dad's) and children play with fireworks. They are having fun and I'm usually a nervous wreck (having seen a few mishaps over the years). But I love to see my grandkids and miss too many opportunities due to being sick so much of the time. Still struggling with constant upper respiratory infections (which the pulmonologist feels is due to Sjogren's causing me to aspirate all the time). have moved up my gastro appt. by a month and hope to set things in motion so that my son can give me part of his liver. I understand that even with a living donor; all of this can take 4 to 5 months. My sisters are organizing a fund-raiser to help Greg for any lost wages during his recovery time. So, it all sounds like a nice neat plan but we have to pray that Greg and I both pass the initial tests. If any of you have used a living donor or know someone who has, any advice you can give me will be appreciated.
