Hi Patty, thanks for searching around. I have written down the names of the herbs they are talking about and am now going to pull out my trusty herb book to look them up. I'm curious.....J

I have been looking into the herbal issue for breast enhancement more, and found this interesting website. Give it a look, if you are currently considering breast implant surgery, or have considered it and given up on the idea implants (Yeah for you if you have!)

Very interesting....and maybe good for your health?

I just started taking some herbs myself. I will give this a try and see what happens, but I am not expecting a whole lot. I am taking fennel, fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto, 2 of each 3 times a day.

I do believe herbs to be beneficial, more so than vitamins.

What I do want to watch for is allergic reaction. I think that is the biggest obstacle for most of us, as our bodies rebel against foreign substances (and no so foreign either, as I have more food allergies than I have ever had before) in our bodies.

I'll let you know what happens!

Thanks Patty, I appreciate it. I would like to experiment also but will wait until I get the implants out and heal up before trying to add anything else to my regime. Jackie
