If so, then alternative treatments are Cellcept, Neoral Cyclosporin or else Prograff......Most common used is Cellcept and adding Cyclosporin ........... You do need to have a special liver doc.if that isn't possible at this time then a good Internal Medicine (gastro) doc. Let us know what the doctor says.and welcome to our group. Glad you are on the urso........the generic Urso is as good as the brand Urso 250 or Urso 500. ursodiol comes in 300 MG capsules..three a day of those is the dose for most people. Joanne Post TX PBC.
