If you must use a sweetener, please consider Stevia. It is an herb that is naturally sweet but does not impact glucose levels in the blood. mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

Bob Please get yourself some help immediately and increase your intake of MAGNESIUM. Low Mg is known to cause suicidal ideation. You need to clean the inside of the mobile home thoroughly with mold killing disinfectants. I like Tea tree oil for mold control. Bleach water will have a similar effect. Can you move back to Mexico or find someplace else to live when not in Mexico? Good luck to you mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

My understanding is that you just need to avoid disturbing the balance of minerals/salts. So you can mix it with something sweet (any juice I suppose, though people keep talking OJ). No minerals or salty stuff an hour before or after, so the blasi mix can do its thing. >I like orange .. ..>>> OJ has a good supply of the minerals calcium and potassium mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/
Guest guest
Dear list, I have written twice about my Mom, she is 70 and recently diagnosed with AIH. Thing is, while she was in the hospital getting her diagnosis my dad was also in the hospital having a quintuple bypass and now she is acting really weird--it could be stress, dementia or liver disease but she is acting really ditzy and forgetful. Seems like short-term memory loss and bad problem-solving skills. Any ideas out there? She likes to clean and organize but the degree to which she is doing so seems worse now. She is on prednisone and just started Imuran. I appreciate your help--I am on many lists for my own health concerns and know that you have gotten to know each other's stories, so I feel like I am barging in, but I need any insights you all may have. Thanks Cyndi
