I hope everyone has been having a good holiday season! I know I

have............ Christmas Eve my daughter and her kids came and we did the

tree and ate etc.had a terrific visit. Then the next week-end (this past one)

my son and his wife and kids came and did the same. But this time we actually

got some snow here in Vermont.so the kids had a great time playing outdoors.as

did my my husband and our little Bichon. My husband always takes two weeks off

for the season so we really enjoy it. But today he was back to work.... : - (

Now.back to normal days...... Am going to get back into an exercise

program.concentrating on my belly and butt! If I can reduce those two spots I

shall be very happy. .so using my Pilates ring.and doing other things. Using a

plan working around my aches and pains. ; - ) Anyway.so far am still doing

great.and I have been lucky to not have caught this major " cold " thing going

around........crossing my fingers. Anyone here have that cold flu yet?

Remember.keep hands clean don't touch your face unless washing and putting on

any make-up....use Purell hand sanitizer.I keep it in my purse and in both

cars........... How about folks get back to posting again.. Joanne
