Hi, .

I bought the Vitaklenz from http://www.healthyhighway.com

They are located in Fenton, Michigan.

I don't know if Vitaklenz will knock out an H. pylori infection, but

the information on their site includes mention of some work in China

suggesting that garlic exerts a protective effect against H. pylori,

and garlic is one of the ingredients of Vitaklenz.

Good question. All I know is, it's given me significant improvement

since about my third day on cod liver oil. The plain (which I

accidentally bought *alot* of recently) doesn't go down as pleasantly

as the lemon-flavored. But my body feels smoother, less jangly, on

its 1-2 tbls a day. Quite noticeable. I started it over 2 years ago

and had no adverse effects - except the icky face with the taste of

this unflavored stuff.

I've never had tests for NK cell activity.

Fish oil and Cod liver oil are two different sources of EPA. They are not

the same.

How much vitamins A and D are you getting in the 2 tbls. you are taking?

Are you using fresh A annua for your tea?

Hi Foxhiller -

> Fish oil and Cod liver oil are ... not the same.

True. I'm not sure what the difference is, only that 2 docs have told

me to stick with cod liver oil.

>How much vitamins A and D are you getting in the 2 tbls. you are

taking?

I take Carlson's; the label says 1 tsp has

Vit D: 400 IU

Vit A: 500-1200 IU ( " naturally occurring variations " )

My cookbook says there are 3 tsp in a Tbls.

So when I take 1 or 2 Tbls a day it gives me:

Vit D: 1200 or 2400 IU

Vit A: 1500-3600 or 3000-7200 IU

Maybe this is why I'm not remembering that 2nd Tbls as often as I

used to. My body sometimes helps me " forget " what it doesn't want or

need anymore; mild desires & aversions quietly shift over time.

I've heard that Carlson's (recommended to me) adds Vit D; other good

brands don't. FWIW.

Low blood sugar is hypoglycemia and is quite connected to adrenal fatigue which is connected to hypothyroid, so it can be kind of an interconnected circle.JudyThey that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
