are you talking about the posts from Sunshine Comedy?

Nope! All's fine (or sparse) so far! However, you may remember that many people left our group a few months ago because of too high a volume of off-topic messages. Other medical groups I'm in send a reminder every time someone posts off-topic. Fortunately, we don't have to do that.

Hi!

Well I think my daughter and I are both just about recovered from her wisdom tooth removal. She's also trying to quit smoking since it was highly suggested before the procedure to prevent problems and she's been wanting to for awhile. So it has been hard on her more than me but I have to admit I do enjoy mothering her even though she's almost 23! And now she's old enough to say thank-you, too, which I wasn't expecting - it was just my joy to have the energy to help her out.

Yesterday in the Seattle Times newspaper there was a big article about a local man who is on the liver transplant list. He has Hep C not AIH but the experience it much the same in many ways. It was his writing and the beginning of a series by him about how it is to "look fine" and feel lousy. Knowing that some us will have success and some will pass on, the stereo type of alcoholism, the loss of support and the need for love and good insurance. My husband couldn't bring himself to read it but I hope that many people I know will. I'm not sure if they have their articles available online or not but it was quite powerful and straight to the point. It didn't upset me because I have thought about all of these issues before, but I know some people haven't, especially my friends. Anyway, obviously, it caught me so I wanted to tell you all about it.

, I hope you get through everything right now - I'll be thinking of you until we hear from you again.

Tony, You are a real trooper to try new meds. Good luck, God Bless.

Joan, I accidentally deleted your e-mail! But thanks :)

Everyone: TAKE CARE

Amy
