I would highly recommend by Doctor. He is Dr. Owens, with the Owens Ear Center. He is a Neurotologist. He is located in Dallas, Tx -- 214-742-2194. Good Luck,

Ilona

I am having trouble finding a good otologist to perform the surgery for cholesteatoma that my daughter needs. If anyone can refer a good doctor to me, preferrably in Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas, I would greatly appreciate it.

Maury,

What part of the country are you located ? Perhaps someone in the group could recommend someone in your area once we know where that is.

http://pbcers.org/DrRefState.htm This is our link of the doctors that

other members have used and recommend. This will help you find one in your area

that has deal with AIH and PBC and know what they are doing.............as

Harper said. Get your records and take with your appointment to the next doctor

to find out what is actually going on with you. Keep us informed as to how you

are doing. We care. Joanne
