Hi there ,

Hope everybody is doing ok.

Does anyone know which over the counter pain meds (back pain) are ok to

take?

Which was less bad the ibuprofen or ace.. blabla ?

Also been having problems sleeping. Waking up around 2.30 - 3 and not being

able to sleep properly after that. I'm going crazy. Any thoughs on this??

Hope someone can help me.
