I am so incredibly tired all the time, i have been off work for the last three months and don't know whether i will ever work again!! the specialist i saw seemed as confused as i am! He said i had established cirhoses of the liver but didn't elaborate any further so don't know what prognoses is likely to be. Guest guest
Hi Michele, I too was seeing a wholistic physician who is well regarded here in my area of Southern Ca. I was told that I have an auto-immune disorder, and placed on weekly IV vitamin cocktails, hormones, fiber, and supplements of various kinds; some to digest foods, some to help detoxify, some to soothe the colon, and lastly, some specifically to help with new symptoms brought on by her program. The only drug I agreed to try was LDN, or Low Dose Naltrexone. This decision was only made after much of the doctor's therapy proved ineffective or intolerable. After a few months, I discontinued the LDN when the only difference I felt with the drug was a marked decrease in sleep. Thankfully, this has improved greatly without the drug. Although I did not take Diflucan, I was given a perscription for Nystatin several months ago. I reacted so strongly, that even after I discontinued, I spent several months in bed as the symptoms it produced continued to be debilitating. I have to be honest. I ended up choosing to dismiss my doctor; discontinue ALL supplements prescribed by her, even the thyroid medication and hormones. I feel like I am making more progress with the diet and supplements here than I ever did under my doctor's care. Now, that does not mean I would recommend that for everyone. I felt it was right for me, and although I'm currently struggling with healing symptoms, my body and my mind seem to be at peace that the diet and the supplements recommended by Bee will work together to strengthen the immune system. Be encouraged, Nina > > Hi, I just found this group and am excited about having this support and learning more about healing from my candida realated complex. I have been seeing a doctor in the area who specializes in environmental and functional medicine and has been treating candida for a little over 20 years. I think he is good and is giving me supplements, weekly IV's of the nutrients I am deficient of and I have been taking diflucan for a few weeks. I can't tolerate the whole pill/dose because I am so sensitive! I am finally up to 3/4th of a pill but am experiencing lots of " dieoff " he wants me to try to get to a full pill for two weeks but I'm not sure I can handle the die off! Lots of stomach cramping, gas, diarrea, headaches and anxiety. > > I'm sure I will learn more soon about how to do this naturally, I am on a strict diet and have been for months and after the diflucan I am ready to just use natural means since medication and I DO NOT get along! > Any support or encouragement at this point would be so much appreciated! > > -Michele >

Welcome to our group. My program is the natural way to get healthy. This is because it builds up the immune system by giving your body what it needs in order to heal itself naturally. See these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Diflucan is an antifungal drug that is toxic and very hard on the liver. It is perscribed because " they believe " candida can be cured by killing it off, however that is not true. Candida can only be cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. So the best place to start is by reading and learning, so please ensure you read two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php The best in health, Bee
