Guest guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 If I still had young children, I'd probably discuss family hx.of PBC & question the use of this drug. And for myself, each of my Docs are aware of my diagnosis & I believe that they keep this in mind. I saw my ENT a couple of days ago for a sinus & ear infection and he prescribed Amoxicillin because it's kinder to the liver. My primary care has given me things & told me to run it by my Nurse Coordinator at the Gastroenterologist's office before having the Rx filled.
