He calls me yesterday at 3:00 to tell me we are going to have a dinner party tonight for 13 people and 4 kids ages 2-3. Actually he called to see what someone could bring and i was like what are you talking about and he said DUH " I thought I told you " Apparently there are consultants and thier wives in town and we haev to entertain them- what is that all about??? GGGRRR. Not to mention my inlaws are coming in to ight for 4 days as well- At any rate now I am desperatly trying to figure out what to make for dinner particularly since two of them are vegetarians. I dont even think I have enough chairs for all of these people. So I know what I am doing for appetizers the salad and dessert but I still have to figure out the main course- well I am off to Emerill Lagasse's web site to see what Tuna Steak recipes he has to offer me- hopefully I will figure this out get my house clean and still have time to kill my husband at the end of the day:-) Can yous tart drinking wine at 1030 in the morning- maybe I should start with Margaritas:-) thanks for listenning. hope you all have a good weekend- I doubt I will be near the computer so I will have to catch up Tuesday when they leave.
