explant and breast appearance...what to expect?

Hi, my name is Christy and I am a newly joined member. I'm 22 and had my

augmentation a year ago...350cc Mentor saline implants. I started having panic

attacks and depression, and now am having aches and pains all over the place,

but blood work showed nothing, and upon reading about all the symptoms decribed

by the women in this group, I am more than sure the implants (and not merely

anxiety) are the problem. I already spoke with my surgeon about having them

removed and he told me to really think about it because my breasts would be less

voluminous, " flatter " and " saggy " after the explant, suggesting I may want a

lift sometime in the future. Although I am not one to let vanity get in the way

of my health, I do need a little extra push to get up the nerve to do this

because the thought of having some kind of physical " deformity " at my age is

definitely unnerving. I would love and greatly appreciate any feedback from

other women who have been through the explant as to how the appearance of their

breasts changed after the operation with regards to their appearance before the
