Joanne, good luck to you on losing your middle. Wish I could get to

size 10. I do my own version of Yoga...stretching, breathing,

chanting, lifting of the rib cage. Anything to improve posture and

lung capacity. I had no idea it prevented weight gain. I also find

it helpful as a meditative exercise and lowering blood pressure. Keep

me posted with your results. Take care.
