Guest guest
I thought I sent this to you all. Shopping for bargains the day after Christmas - Depending on where you were in Wake Cty - Raleigh NC - how much snow you got. Well I was being a law abiding citizen in a mall parking lot and put in low on a down hill Stop Sign ( no one around) and I slid and trained driver from West Virginia knows to go with the slide. I did and hit the curb before the Stop Sign. Jarred a bit, air bags did not go off, PTL. But tire is fine, I think, but the rim is busted. Just wanted to share - be careful. Guest guest
Jo-Lynne, I am glad you were not hurt. In coastal OR, Portland, on the ocean side of the cascades, we hardly ever get snow. But when we do, or when we get the icestorms, the drive is wicked, and there are many accidents. This last blizzard really hit at the wrong time, when everyone was traveling. And there is more on the way? Please, all in those dangerous states where snow is not a usual occurence , BE CAREFUL. With our problems we do not need to add worrying about accidents.
