Thanks for your post. I thought the information regarding your nephew

was interesting - so helpful. You must be really tired - but don't

you deal with kids all the time? You must be really REALLY tired!

No one asked how you are doing - are you feeling any better? I am

just learning to listen to my body when it tells me to slow down -

especially as I taper off meds (I think Marie asked about this) ...

for me paying attention to my, er, broader digestive process is the

most important thing. I find that if I'm craving all simple

carbohydrates (candy, fruit, refined flours) that I'm probably not

okay. And feeling bloated but still hungry, and irregular or odd

bowels, and " growlies " in my stomach are all bad. That and feeling

*more* tired than usual - there's that telltale listless feeling,

kind of like the flu, but worse, not even being able to make it

through a tv show or magazine article without stopping all the time.

Fortunately - recently, at least - most of this doesn't last for more

than a day or two and I can trace it to a particularly stressful

event (ie a fight at work) or to 2-3 days in a row of REALLY bad

eating habits or getting no sleep. I don't know that it would work

for you but generally if I can, I just give in and sleep for a whole

weekend, eat a lot of vegetables and try to get some good protein,

and then see how things go. You should get bloodwork done!
