Guest guest
>Craniosynostosis, a condition in which one of the sutures is fused, is typically diagnosed with a 3-D Cat Scan. If it is truly craniosynostosis, a helmet or band will not correct the head shape or help the problem. These children are most often taken to surgery. DOC Bands can be used post-operatively to further enhance the surgical result. Carol kson Cranial Technologies, Inc. 800-689-3402 Can it hurt to have a helmet if it is craniostynosis?
