Guest guest
I thought enough iodine was the treatment for fibroids. Gracia for the fibroids you must find a doctor that works with bio identical hormones.you can start with dim and cal-D-glucarate and after that natural progesterone cream.you must check that the progesterone is not converted to estrogene.estrogene are feeding the fibroids.>> i am suffering from uterine fibroids. have been bleeding no stop for about five months.> have been on birth control without the water pills now i am on provera.> the doctor is scheduling me for a surgery.> > i am anaemic. i need help. > > --- .. Guest guest
I had the same thing -anemia from extremely heavy bleeding. I needed bio-progesterone and didn't know it at the time. So I had the surgery. Then, I found out that I still need bio-progesterone for other symptoms. So the surgery was a waste in my book, when I still needed progesterone anyway. Guest guest
I'll bet it is painting the cervix. I am not sure how that is done though as an individual. I know that when you paint the cervix it gets into the uterus. You can get Lugol's from Jcrows.com or amazon.com. There may be others. If you get a rx you can get it at a compounding pharmacy or sometimes Wal-mart can order it. You can search for any topic like sleep on my website - I won't have everything but I do have an article on improving sleep: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/sleep1.php > > Also, I'm finding it hard to take both 300 mg twice a day of both the calcium and magnesium. The magnesium I found 2 tablets equal 4oo, so I can cut one in half. But the calcium I bought is the one you recommended and 4 pills equal 1,000 ! +++That works to cut one in half! That is a capsule so dump it out to take less. It mixes easily in some warm water on a big spoon, and it doesn't taste bad. But if you put it in more water it sinks to the bottom since it is a mineral. Bee

Melatonin, 5htp? +++I do not recommend taking any supplements other than the ones I recommend on this program. Taking Melatonin and 5HTP will cause problems. Guest guest
There is nothing in the clinical research that I have found linking CLL and insomnia. I came across a couple of websites about insomnia and CLL, but beware. Both were selling something. Best to see your doctor. Sleep is a huge, complicated, subject. ~chris ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > I am having serious problems this last month with insominia. I've had it ever since I gave birth 3 years ago. It makes for great reading time but the toll it's taking on my health is not worth it. > +++Hi , Many people have reported sleeping better after being on this program. I can't say you will, since it depends upon many factors including stress. Bee
Guest guest
Hi I currently take 500mcgs of thyroxine and haven't had a normal test come back since I get myself diagnosed in 2004. Its currently 3am in the UK and I can not sleep properly. Luckily its the easter holidays but usually I have to be up by 7am to get the kids ready for school. I can't carry on like this forever. Also its not helping me lose the excess 7 stones I am carrying as lack of sleep also contributes to weight gains. Any help much appreciated! Thanks. Guest guest
Sun light works for seratonin production, and in the night, darkness for melatonin. If your clock is not right, try a full spectrum light box, a big one, or perhaps a tanning salon to reset your clock. If still having issues,do a liver cleanse.Dennis From: a <paulabell36@...> iodine Sent: Tuesday, January 3, 2012 10:35 PM Subject: Insomnia When I first began taking Iodine I experienced a lot of fatigue. Now I am experiencing insomnia even though I take the iodine protocol in the morning. I exercise 5-6 days a week and eat very clean. It isn't every single night I am having insomnia but it seems to be increasing. I dream a lot more and my sleep feels like I'm not going deep but on the surface of a deep sleep. Has anyone else felt this and could this be related to Iodine? I am currently up to 60mg. I have gradually increased my iodine intake over the last two months. I have seen and felt significant improvments and I feel energetic during the day and alert but don't feel like I am sleeping well at all. How can this be? Guest guest
The insomnia is less likely to be the iodine and more likely to be your healing process. I agree with others that it may be that your serotonin/melatonin balance may be off. If you sleep with a night light or any other light, it can inhibit melatonin production-- melatonin is required for seratonin production, and it has been theorized that the widespread seratonin deficiency (leading to depression and other seratonin-deficiency illnesses like fibromyalgia), is in part related to the lack of darkness that most humans experience now-- cities are bright all night. Make your bedroom dark. I find that 3 to 9 mg of melatonin at night works perfectly if I have insomnia, or if I wake up and can't go back to sleep. It helps me sleep deeply and no hangover etc. (if you feel sleepy the next day, cut back on your dose-- but you can also go outside and look up into the light and the melatonin will clear almost instantly). It is widely agreed that it is safe to take melatonin for this purpose, for the long term. However, after using it every night for a couple of years, I decided to find out if I really still needed it. I didn't. So now I only take it occasionally when I need it. -- On 4 Jan 2012 at 18:26, Buist, ND HC wrote: > > > > When I had issues sleeping I added some magnesium and warm salt water > before bed. > > > > Insomnia > > > When I first began taking Iodine I experienced a lot of fatigue. Guest guest
If I take my iodine after noon, I too experience insomnia -- or just delayed getting to sleep. I need to take my iodine and iodine protocol supplements with breakfast and I take my other vitamins at lunch. I do use a light box on a regular basis in winter, but it makes no difference on my getting to sleep, but does help me sleep better and get up easier in the morning.
