Guest guest Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 Yes . .I do believe the exercise eventually helps directly . .my muscles and tendons are so much stronger, brain fog and circulation is better, pain in muscles and joints is gone . . .exercise is great for anyone who can tolerate it .. .but you must figure out how to get to that place . .again mainly antivirals for as of now. . .Remember I was on the Methylation program for 3 years and took tons of supps and iron, too! Must support thyroid if needed. It's good, your not gonna drop weight fast but it does get you moving. something to keep in mind if your having trouble with knees and leg pain etc etc... I thought you previously recommended to a member if he/she couldn't tolerate the flush from 100mg then they could split then in half. If it is safe to take 100mg, i would prefer to do that rather than taking 30mg one time then 70mg the next due to not getting an even split when i try to cut them in half.
