Any ideas? levels jumping around

I have Hashimoto's, along with several other autoimmune disorders.

My TSH has been in the normal- to high normal range for several years.

Using scale of 1.4 - 5.0- it's been in the 4 ranges.

Last test- it was 1.5.

What would cause the thyroid to do this?

Any ideas- or anyone else have this happen.
