going to have the tests done this coming week......

When I saw my doctor a week ago, I gave him the list of needed thyroid tests

that were given on this site. He looked at them and ordered them for me to have

done with a 12 hour fast.

I talked to him about Armour thyroid and he gave me a script for one half gram

of it to take once a day plus DAW synthroid 200 mcg per day.

How does that sound? My insurance covered the synthroid but I had to pay for

the Armour because it isnt covered. It was 20 dollars for a 3 month supply.

Does that seem reasonable to you?

For a long time, I have been on 112 mcg twice daily, or taken 2 first thing in

the morning. Now I am just starting to take the Armour first thing in the

morning by itself, no food or other meds for couple hours.

Also, effexor for depression was increased from 34.7 twice a day to 150 once a

day.

Something is making me nauseated, but I am not sure what is doing that.

Hopefully, it will pass.
