Hi All

I have just been diagnosed as hypothyroid

TSH 5.60

Free T4 14

I am on 50 of Thyroxine.

I have noticed a difference but about mid afternoon, I crash and am again

exhausted and unmotivated.

Could you please give me your opinion on how long the medication should be

effective in the day. Should it last longer than mid afternoon?
