We call it " hitting the wall " when your stored T3 runs out. Conversion

simply cannot keep up. Some people manage this by taking T3 before heavy

exercise. Others simply learn to work in bursts, rather than extended

periods. This rules out endurance sports, but it may be safer in the

long term, since T3 and endurance exercise make it difficult to stay

within the euthyroid boundaries.
