Guest guest Posted October 21, 2010 Report Share Posted October 21, 2010 Hi, I was diagnosed with hashimoto's a few months back. I take 75 mcg of levothyroxine. I just watched the video one of the members posted and was wondering what types of food do you eat to up your vitamin D, selenium, iron, magnesium, copper and zinc. I am having a difficult time finding foods with selenium mentioned on the labels. I can't take a multi vitamin as there is something in vitamin C that causes me to have infections instead of preventing them. Thank you!
