Guest guest
I've had a new set of problems this week, and I'm not sure what it could be. My thyroid was tested only a few weeks ago. TSH, T3 and T4 were all checked and came back normal. I'm not sure what the actual numbers were, but the doctor is comfortable with where I'm at. Anyway, this week, I've been feeling very drained. I've been sleeping about 12 hours a day for the last 3 days. My hands have been shaking off and on when I drank caffeine on Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday, I ended up with one of the worst migraines ever. My skin has been paler than usual, and I've been feeling dizzy. My food has been slow to digest. I have had problems getting anything to move in the bathroom, except for last night's migraine when some things came back up. Sorry if that's too much info, but that's what happened. And of course, during all that, my brain has been foggy. I've been slow to respond to anything, whether at home or at work. My favorite word this week has been, " Huh? " I think my hands have finally stopped shaking, and the migraine is more or less over, but I still feel tired and weak, and I am still having a hard time thinking straight. The digestion thing is still an issue as well. Is this something that I should get checked out, or is it just part of the hypothyroid bag? I am kind of frustrated because I was just at the doc's office a week or two ago for an unrelated issue, and I feel like I'm spending a lot of time and money on visits and pills.
