Guest guest
Don Monitoring pH can be beneficial if needed to help balance for your health. In general, when you are eating, digesting and absorbing correctly and nutrients are in balance your body (muscles) will be at their correct pH. Trying too much to cause a specific reaction may cause imbalances that cause other problems. Does this mean that a type Os pH should be more acidic then other types? What should a type Os urine and saliva pH be? Maybe I should have asked first if pH is worth checking/monitoring, particularly if someone is following the BTD? Don
