I believe that Neal could answer these questions. I think bee recommended back

in one of the previous posts to contact Neal about weight training and fitness.

This is also open to anyone who lifts weights/fitness while on the diet

What exercise did you do when you were in the beginning of the diet, if any at

all?

How long it took you to get back into weight training/fitness? (Cause at the

moment I have no energy to do it, but I wish I could still lift like I use to. I

know my body is healing and I need to rest)

Are people having more muscle gains from being on this diet opposed to the

normal American fitness diet? For instance, high proteins, simple carbs...

Or seeing any better results from eating this way and working out?
