Guest guest
Hello Bee, It is Miodrag, from Serbia , Europe. I had trouble finding Celtic salt you recommended. The only salt closest to yours is this one http://www.globalsaltinc.com/salt_of_life.aspx Can you comment this salt for me please. Since there is not picture you can check it on this website (as can be seen, it is grey and coarse...) http://www.villagedefrance.co.uk/acatalog/Salts.html#a99 Also the other members of the group from Europe can use this web for purchasig. About the coconut oil... I have read article you recently posted about how to identify good coconut oil. Here , in Serbia I have two choices. Either to buy " organic " which is ok (normal melting temperature)but does not have any particular smell or aroma, or to buy virgin cold pressed coconut oil (Santa , pines) which has nice flavour and smell of fresh coconuts. But it is 3 times as expensive as first one. 7 and 20$ per pound, respectively. In country where people earn 500$ a month it is big difference. So, how important is to use best quality CO compared to those less good? Can I make same results even with CO which is cheaper? Thanks a lot for your time Miodrag
