Chapstick and water proof mascara is all that I am going to wear. Do you know what is strange? As I lose weight, I wear less make up. A year ago I wouldn't even get the mail without lip stick on! I used to cover my entire face with foundation. My poor skin never got to breathe. Now I don't wear any foundation at all. I still like to wear a little bit of something I am going out but I don't cake it on anymore. I can't believe that I am planning to go on television with no make up on!!! I can't believe that I am going on TV at 175 pounds! I am going to let the world see me exercise! I would have never been this secure with myself before Tae-Bo. Never, never, never! Guest guest
So, what is the concensus on the best natural make-up out there? Bee, what do you use on your face when you have to get dressed up? ________________________________ From: nealmcmahon2000 <neal@...> Sent: Thursday, July 2, 2009 6:07:48 AM Subject: [ ] Re: bismuth oxychloride > > Good Morning Bee and All! Wow, I'm not really sure where to begin.A couple days ago I sent a message about how oily I've been (very frustrating when you have acne) well, Neil advised me to be very careful what I put on my face. How do I say thank you enough for the wake up call. The story is long so I'm here to say- when I used a makeup called bareminerals about 2 months ago, my face was the worst ever. I had been using a makeup from neutrogena-also toxic but didn't realize - bismuth oxychloride was in the powder makeup I was using from them and that's when problems were starting-ok I was/am also toxic internally-- too much marijuana, too much sugar, stress,carbs- -yuk! Bee, without this group I might not have woken up as quickly as I now have about what I've been putting on face. I have done research as to ingredients in makeup(finally) and am feeling hopeful! without being on this plan, my face would've been inflamed a lot quicker-after the bareminerals disaster-my sister sent me Glominerals (she works for a Dr.) things were bad and I knew I'd have healing reactions but they were bad-this makeup also-bismuth oxychloride- now I have a ways to go internally but I've been so faithful to the program-felt something else must be a factor-Neil helped that feeling along. Other members who use makeup-beware ingredients. Luv,Phyllis >
