Later his Rheumy said his rash was classic JRA and even brought students into our room to observe it. Its possible that your sons rash was JRA related. THE SCHOOL SENT HER HOME SAYING THAT SHE HAD SCABIES WHEN IT WAS A RASH THAT LOOKED MORE LIKE HIVES THAN SCABIES. TOOK HER TO THE DR. AND SAID SCABIES TOO THEN I SWITCHED DRS. Guest guest Posted April 4, 2000 Report Share Posted April 4, 2000 my daughter was jsut diagnosed a year ago but looking back I too saw things in hind sight that sai wow that was probably JRA back then, The dr's here told me that it may have been and that for many children until the " big " flare it can go undiagnosed.
