when to add foods, and eating out

You can start to introduce new foods when you do not have any die-off

symptoms for 2 months. Even then you only want to add foods that are

unadulterated, and direct from Mother Nature.

One option when eating out is salad with chicken, and ask for olive

oil and lemon, or take them with you already mixed in a small bottle.

I always take my ocean sea salt with me too.

Steaks, and fish without breading are always good along with cooked

veggies. Ask them not to put anything on them; you don't want bar-b-

qu sauce, etc.
