Guest guest
Good morning Bee and everyone. Can yellow stools be a product of eating yeast flakes or are they definitely caused by chemical toxins? kelly
Guest guest
I don't know about the iodine context, but generally I've heard that light colored, narrow stools are an indicator of your liver struggling, and that you are not passing off the old, dead blood cells that you should be. It also can be an indicator of celiac type problems. Not a good sign, and one I know well! Yellow Stools I started supplementing with Iodoral about a month ago. i haven't noticed any real increase in energy, though perhaps a minor increase in my ability to focus or do things I've been putting off.But I have gone through some changes. I've started night sweating. I'll wake up drenched. My sleep is a bit off. I wake up easier during the night. Normally I'm a log. I'll also have minor hot flashes during the day. Just a few.My most alarming response is that I've had yellow stools the past four days. I've been eating very well, and I'm supplementing with magnesium and selenium (amongst many other nutrients). I've only salt loaded once.Anybody know what the yellow stools are about and if they might be caused by the Iodoral somehow? I'm up to 50mg.
