So yesterday I bought Purity Farms Organic Ghee Clarified Butter with the listed

ingredients as 100% certified organic butter(milk) and was wondering if this was

safe to consume in my egg drink?

Just to make sure it is clarified I was wondering if it was possible to

re-clarify the ghee at home to ensure the milk protein and casein are removed?

I would hope that this is not neccessary and that I'm all set because yesterday

I had my egg drink with ghee for the first time and it tasted great, I also

added sea salt is that okay?

It just tasted too good to be true and I just need to be reassured.

Thanks a lot,

.
