Hi Bee,

I'm totally new to this group- I've previously been exploring the 'whole

approach' method of caproyl/psyllium/bentonite/ candida diet method, but I think

it might be destroying my insides. I've been having diarrhea and it seems like

almost everything just goes right through me, and I still have a reaction to

anything not on the candida food list.

I've actually been having problems for the past 4 years. It started with a

really bad (and sometimes fairly violent) cough after I ate anything, and every

morning, and sometimes late at night. I started having symptoms in New Zealand,

where the diet was different, - more alcohol, yeast spread (vegimite), white

bread, lots of potatoes, and a high stress job. I also developed eczema which I

haven't had before. I have a history of asthma, but I went into the doctor and

they prescribed an inhaler, which made it worse really. I have gone into many

g.i.'s and they give me the purple pill thinking it was acid reflux, which

didn't work.

I started reading more about candida and started eating from the candida diet,

and my problems went away. I have been on the diet since Feb 4th, (it is now

May 27th) and have tried many methods- like I said before, I am currently on the

caproyl/psyllium/bentonite while on the candida diet, the month before that I

did Threelac, I've gone through a few canisters of coconut oil, I've been taking

probiotics every day, and I'm also taking 'Intestinew.' The first month I took

caprylic acid, and esther-C and coconut oil. I'm still waiting to be able to

incorporate even some lentils into my diet, but I can't do that because I get a

reaction. I have been off birth control this whole time as well, but my period

has not come back (which I guess is fairly common.)

I just discovered your website, Bee, and I'm going tomorrow to the Korean store

to pick up some Kimchee.

I have a people's pharmacy here (which ND's/Pharmacists)- but I'm wondering, if

I need a prescription, will they be able to prescribe it for me?

I don't want to go to any more doctors, and have them tell me that it definitely

is NOT candida, when being on this diet is the only thing that has helped me.

I'm still waiting for some intense dieoff symptoms or something to show me that

the stuff I am taking is working! Do you have some advice for me?? I want this

thing to go away!

Thanks
