Guest guest
Sure glad things are moving along for you, and some sleep always helps! Such as, Our refrigerator had been under-performing for a long time and we've been on 'Dry-Goods" status for a couple of months. Now the fridge has been cleaned-out, and just some of the removable parts need to have their final wipe-down and then I can plug it back in and start the arduous-task of re-adjusting the temp-controls until we can put some 'actual-FOOD' back into it. It'll be very nice to have eggs, and cheese other than that lousy-stuff that come shooting out of a can-! LOL (among other favorite items) I just thought that I'd let You all know how things are going. I'm keeping an eye on my health/exertion-level for the time being so that these things can be taken care of in a 'timely'-manner, but, if I try to do too-much, then it will take a LOT longer. Things will be 'fine',.....albeit-S-L-O-W......LOL Be a better Globetrotter. Get better travel answers from someone who knows. Answers - Check it out. Guest guest
I am amazed at how much better I am feeling by making some simple changes to my diet, supplements and products I use on my body. For years I have had such stiffness. After sitting for 20 minutes when I stand up, it usually takes several minutes for me to " unfold " myself into a fully erect posture. Today that problem is GONE. I also have much more energy. In fact I'm having difficulty falling asleep because I'm alert and feeling pretty fresh. Usually I fall out promptly at 9pm each night and I wake up frequently from about midnight on to morning. I've also lost three pounds just like that. That's a pound per day. I've been struggling since the beginning of February to lose weight and have been steadily GAINING instead. All of this without eating lots of veggies, fruits and taking loads of supplements. I'm waiting for the die-off. So far all I've had is a few headaches, the occasional diarrhea and the itching. Amazed,
